Your Art Materials are Worth their Weight: Bringing your Creativity to the Backcountry
Join thru hiker and professional cartoonist Skunkbear for an interactive talk and workshop about making art on trail. We'll talk about materials, tips and skills for building a reliable creative practice while hiking. We'll also get our creativity moving with some short drawing and writing prompts - no experience necessary, all skill levels welcome. If you've been wanting to give more time to your creative side, especially in the outdoors, this workshop is for you.
Materials: pen or pencil and some paper.
Completely Optional: creative work you've done that you'd like to share.
