About the Event

JOIN US for the annual ALDHA-West Gathering, September 27-29th, 2024 at Camp Augusta, Nevada City, CA.

The weekend includes:

  • Invited Guest Speakers, including Ryan "Dirtmonger" Silva, Lauren "Long Way" Roerick, and Lyla "Sugar" Herrod.
  • Triple Crown Award Ceremony & Dinner
  • Martin D. Papendick Award for "Trail Angel of the Year"
  • General Membership Meeting & Elections
  • Our LEGENDARY gear raffle
  • Plenty of social time with our community
  • Lodging and meals are included

TICKETS (2 types):

1. Full Ticket: Attend the entire event, including lodging and meals.

2. TC-Only Ticket: Saturday night Triple Crown Dinner & Awards Ceremony only. Invite your friends & family to join the Triple Crown Award Ceremony on Saturday night, including dinner and after-party.

Ticket Details:

  • Members recieve 10% off the ticket price. please log into your account and your discount will be applied before checkout. 
  • Payment: You can pay by credit or debt card. In step #3 of the purchase, click "Place Order". On the next page is the option to "Pay with Debt or Credit Card" as a guest. Then enter your email and select "Continue as Guest"
  • A limited number of ticket scholarships are available upon request. Please email secretary@aldhawest.org

LODGING

Tickets for the full event including lodging at Camp Augusta.

Lodging options include shared cabins (up to 4 people), and secluded campsites in mixed oak/pine forest (bring your own tents).

Hot showers and bathroom facilities are available.

MEALS

Meals include vegan and veg options. We strive to accomodate everyone. Please indicate food allergies and other special requests when you purchase tickets.

    Hey Triple Crown'ers: invite your friends and family to join our Triple Crown celebration on Saturday! This ticket provides admission to the TC ceremony, dinner, and after-party. This ticket does not include other meals during the event, camping, or lodging on-site. With this ticket, we ask that you depart the venue after the TC party is over; there are nearby motels and campgrounds.
